BLOWN AWAY! I can't speak more highly about this company and its staff! I tried to go to the dealership WITH AN APPOINTMENT and they told me 5-7 business days to even get a diagnostics test done. I decided to go to KLM on a whim and they not only got me in immediately, but were able to diagnose, get the parts I needed, and repair my cars exhaust pipe, get all new tires AND do an alignment all by the afternoon. I have never been so impressed with the efficiency, kindness, and knowledge that I was given. I wasn't tried to be sold anything I didn't need and they kept me in the know every step of the progress. I will be recommending to anyone and everyone. Can't say thank you enough!

Jacob was great I did a great job taking care of me as a customer. Very satisfied with the service.

Tech test drove truck, couldn’t find out what was wrong. Went to pick my truck up. It wasn’t there. Tech comes flying in the lot, gets out of the car with Wendy’s in his hand. Says he was test driving it. Gets mad at me for getting mad at him for taking my truck to get lunch. Called to complain Hernandez at the front tells me he’s the owner. I didn’t know owners were techs? Not to mention she initially told me “fiona” a girl was driving it. They don’t have girl techs.

Five star service, I would highly recommend.
