Tows cars cars to impound lot without notification. No call, no text, no email.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concerns and want to clarify the situation. The vehicle was left on our property for over six months without being picked up. Due to the extended time, it was ultimately processed as an abandoned vehicle in accordance with Georgia guidelines and transferred to an impound facility. To clarify, our shop did not remove the vehicle’s tag it was already removed prior to our final action. We acknowledge that communication could have been better on our end, and we are reviewing our process to improve how situations like this are handled moving forward. BLOWN AWAY! I can't speak more highly about this company and its staff! I tried to go to the dealership WITH AN APPOINTMENT and they told me 5-7 business days to even get a diagnostics test done. I decided to go to KLM on a whim and they not only got me in immediately, but were able to diagnose, get the parts I needed, and repair my cars exhaust pipe, get all new tires AND do an alignment all by the afternoon. I have never been so impressed with the efficiency, kindness, and knowledge that I was given. I wasn't tried to be sold anything I didn't need and they kept me in the know every step of the progress. I will be recommending to anyone and everyone. Can't say thank you enough!

Tech test drove truck, couldn’t find out what was wrong. Went to pick my truck up. It wasn’t there. Tech comes flying in the lot, gets out of the car with Wendy’s in his hand. Says he was test driving it. Gets mad at me for getting mad at him for taking my truck to get lunch. Called to complain Hernandez at the front tells me he’s the owner. I didn’t know owners were techs? Not to mention she initially told me “fiona” a girl was driving it. They don’t have girl techs.

I want to clarify a few things and also apologize for the frustration this caused. Your vehicle was being test driven as part of the diagnostic process, which is standard when trying to duplicate an issue. The timing unfortunately overlapped with a lunch break, but the intention was strictly to continue diagnosing your concern not to misuse your vehicle. That said, we understand how this looked and why it raised concerns, especially with the miscommunication from our front desk. That’s on us, and we’re addressing it with our team to make sure communication is clear and professional at all times. As for ownership, I’m directly involved in day-to-day operations, including working alongside my team when needed to ensure things are handled properly. We take situations like this seriously.
