Tech test drove truck, couldn’t find out what was wrong. Went to pick my truck up. It wasn’t there. Tech comes flying in the lot, gets out of the car with Wendy’s in his hand. Says he was test driving it. Gets mad at me for getting mad at him for taking my truck to get lunch. Called to complain Hernandez at the front tells me he’s the owner. I didn’t know owners were techs? Not to mention she initially told me “fiona” a girl was driving it. They don’t have girl techs.

Your vehicle was being test driven as part of the diagnostic process, which is standard when trying to duplicate an issue. The timing unfortunately overlapped with a lunch break, but the intention was strictly to continue diagnosing your concern not to misuse your vehicle.
