I had a great experience. I called KLM that morning to see if my car could be looked at, and they got my car in, inspected it & had the repairs done before close of business all in the same day. Wonderful service! Thank you!

PLEASE SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL MOM AND POP BUSINESS WHEN YOU FIND A GOOD ONE!!! I have a 2024 Jetta and I would never trust any Volkswagen dealer in a 20 mile radius due to their greed, lack of professionalism, lack of honesty. I've never had a bad experience with KLM, very respectful, knowledgeable and welcoming individuals who work hard. And with clear communication will due their best to accommodate your needs. If you haven't already please give them a shot, and save your money from the greedy giants happy customer here. Thank you guys again and many blessings
