These guys are great! I first went to them when another garage diagnosed a rattling noise as a failed transmission. KLM did it right, diagnosed struts and shocks as the problem - and they were right - the car rides like new. I've been back for oil changes and tune ups and have always been treated well - most of the time the work is completed while I waited, but if the wait is too long they offer a ride to and from home, which is a very positive attribute since this is our only car. Unlike most places that offer oil changes, KLM doesn't suck the oil out from the top - they drain it out from the bottom, which does a better job of getting out gunk laying at the bottom of the crankcase. They also offer a senior or military discount, and it's nice to be appreciated. I highly recommend KLM! They are honest, knowledgeable, and their prices are fair.
