KLM is my new primary mechanic. Luis and his team were extremely professional. They were able to look at my hybrid while I waited and fixed an issue the dealer told me would take 3 days just to diagnose. The waiting area was cool, spotless, and pleasant. The price was reasonable. Most of the other mechanics wouldn't even look at my car because it is a hybrid. Not only did I not need an appointment but they got me in and out in record time on SATURDAY! I'm telling everyone I know to stop by if they need any work done on their car.

I am very pleased with the service I received at KLM. The customer service was great Luis father brought me home because the car would not be ready and offered to pick me up to bring me back to the shop. that was above and beyond customer service. I do appreciate receptionist she’s on top of everything. She’s very respectful and keep me informed on what happening with my car. The car is running well and I do have to take it back on Wednesday for them to make sure everything is running well and that I truly do love because they like to make sure everything is completed so yes, I am truly satisfied with KLM and I would truly recommend KLM to any and everyone 😊

I took my car to five different places before finding this shop! They’re very knowledgeable, efficient, and did fast work. My car passed emissions and I got my tag. Highly recommend! Prices are fair.

Quick and courteous. I was in and out in just a few mins. Had searched a few other places in the area, one said opened but when I got there, it was closed. Luckily this location was close by and open.

KLM did a prepurchase inspection on a 12 year old car for me and I cannot more highly recommend them to you. I watched everything they did and it could not have been more thorough. They were taking the car apart looking for things that could be wrong. Wheels off, spark plugs out, differential open, etc. They were working extremely hard to find any and everything wrong with it. Smogged it, test drove it with me. Everything was checked and they did it for a bargain price. They not only will inspect your possible purchase, but it's a routine part of their business and they do an excellent job at it. I bought the car and after 2000 miles and about 30 hours in it, nothing that KLM and I didn't talk about has come up. They helped me immensely in making the decision of whether or not to buy the car.
