I brought my car in for a starter and oil gasket and it came out with a head gasket problem that I didn’t have before. The valve cover gasket was replaced last year. The leak is still there and the leak I assumed was supposed to be fixed. I got my spark plugs cleaned out and they're new too. They were filled with antifreeze. Antifreeze isn't leaking anywhere. Not at all. Since the other mechanic dryed out the plugs it's good except oil is leaking like crazy and it wasn't even leaking that bad before I brought it. I only needed a starter and the oil leaking to stop. But I'm done with this conversation and I'm done with this company. I feel your mechanic doesn't know what to do and I was over charged.
thanks for the rating, we appreciate the opportunity to serve you, but the vehicle came in because your car wouldn't start or crank, we diagnose the vehicle and informed you that you need a starter, to start the vehicle once the vehicle started, we took it for a drive and notice that you need it a head gasket replacement, we informed you about it, and you decided to decline repairs of the head gasket replacement before picking up the car. this was an exiting issue with the head gasket before arrival. We not sure why the low rating when we gave you excellent services, but we do appreciate if you're rating wasn't so personal towards the shop. we do thrive to offer great customer services and experience.
