They charged to reset the air pressure, but didnt bother to test the tires for low pressure as one was flat. Overall, overpriced for basic service.

We stand behind the quality and thoroughness of our work. We take concerns like this very seriously. As part of our standard process, a tire pressure reset is only performed after all tire pressures have been properly checked and adjusted. A flat tire at the time of service would have been immediately identified and brought to attention. In some cases, a tire can lose air after leaving the facility due to a puncture or developing leak, which can occur unexpectedly. We would be happy to reinspect the vehicle and assist you in determining the cause. Worst experience ever as they’re fixing my car they kept adding on new things that needed to be fixed and the stuff they did fix They didn’t even test it out to make sure there was no more leaks. They had my car for over a week for something they quoted me a day to fix and when I finally got my car back I drove my car to work, There was still smoking, and when I got home and looked under the hood, one of the hose was still loose that they supposedly fixed. I will never take my car back to this place..horrible experience!!!! Nice people but horrible work ethic, also can’t confirm it but I’m pretty sure they drove my car around while they were “fixing it”.

Hi Dominick,we’re really sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. This is definitely not the level of service or quality we aim to provide. We understand your frustration regarding the extended repair time, the additional recommendations, and especially your concern about the issue not being fully resolved when you picked up your vehicle. We just did what you called us and asked for an estimate for. While repairing your vehicle we found an extra item that we reccomended while in process of the repair. No diagnostic was performed by us prior to the repair. We just replaced the part you requested to get done, but only one extra part was added which that part took 3 days to come in from the dealership and it was order on friday and part arrived Monday afternoon, and we got your vehicle ready on Tuesday afternoon, and you picked up Wednesday morning 30min after opening. We can only go at a pace where we can correctly do the repairs and keep our safety. Regarding your concern about the vehicle being driven, we only perform necessary test drives to properly confirm repairs, your vehicle was not safe to drive with the amount of oil and coolant leak that your vehicle had prior to repairs, after declining the valve cover gasket leak after repairing what you requested for us to do or replace, we only test and drove the vehicle once around our 5 miles test drive routine, to recheck our work. Have taken my car twice and both times, I received excellent service. The prices are affordable and they got my car back to me with a day or two. The shop is very clean and welcoming. I would definitely recommend taking your car if you want great, trustworthy service.
