Been using them for 2 years now and as usually they were professional, quick and cost friendly. They did a tune up and oil change. I believe they strive to be the best and even though they have no control over cost of parts they are competitive in pricing. They even change my battery in the remote as a courtesy as a little appreciation gesture.

Dropped off my car with no appointment 1 1/2 hours before closing time on Saturday & the diagnosis was started. On Monday the work was completed. When we arrived to pick up the car the owner took the time to tell us about the findings & then chatted for a while. The front desk person was accommodating & friendly. Highly recommend.

I was thoroughly pleased with my service at KLM! I was a first-time customer and didn't quite know what to expect. From the very first interaction, I felt as if I was a longtime valued customer. While the problem was already diagnosed, they provided further diagnosis and explained my repair options in a way that was clear and understandable. They ordered the parts I needed and repaired the car in timely fashion, as I was leaving town a 3-4 days from when I dropped the car off. Upon pick-up, they showed me the defective parts and even washed my vehicle. I am now a loyal customer and will look to KLM for all of my vehicle needs. Keep up the good work, KLM!
