As part of our standard process, a tire pressure reset is only performed after all tire pressures have been properly checked and adjusted. A flat tire at the time of service would have been immediately identified and brought to attention. In some cases, a tire can lose air after leaving the facility due to a puncture or developing leak, which can occur unexpectedly. We would be happy to reinspect the vehicle and assist you in determining the cause.
