Yes that is true, I was given a ride home after I asked if I could be given a ride home in my own car. At the time when I came it didn't appear to be busy especially when the employees was told they weren't doing anything for 7 minutes and that if they didn't have anything to do ask. Never the less I would like to see exactly what test was done to conclude the work that needs to be done.

Went in to get an ax compressor changed and it ended up just being a bad relay saving me 100s

KLM has fair pricing and great service. They explain clearly the needs of my car and I never feel taken advantage of.

I love this shop!!!! I initially stopped by for the $10 emissions. BILLY gave me a price list and I was amazed at the pricing. I love that fact that they perform any type of car service. This is now my 3rd time coming for service and I will NO longer go to the dealer. Jimmy was also very helpful as well.
