Brought my Tundra in for post - purchase inspection. They got me in and out in stated time. Walked thru the inspection, offered insight, explained some things about the truck. Very friendly. My wife found the shop and she was really impressed. Recommend without reservation!

I brought my car in for a starter and oil gasket and it came out with a head gasket problem that I didn’t have before.

thanks for the rating, we appreciate the opportunity to serve you, but the vehicle came in because your car wouldn't start or crank, we diagnose the vehicle and informed you that you need a starter, to start the vehicle once the vehicle started, we took it for a drive and notice that you need it a head gasket replacement, we informed you about it, and you decided to decline repairs of the head gasket replacement before picking up the car. this was an exiting issue with the head gasket before arrival. We not sure why the low rating when we gave you excellent services, but we do appreciate if you're rating wasn't so personal towards the shop. we do thrive to offer great customer services and experience.
