First I’ll start by saying KLM is the best auto shop I have been to. Since moving to Atlanta from Chicago I’ve been bouncing around from shop to shop. A lot of shops aren’t honest, they will try to beat & cheat you on prices & anything else they can do to get your money. Luis & the KLM team have been awesome since day one which was probably going on two years now. My recent experience was amazing. My 2005 Kia Rio needed some major work done. It took some time getting my parts, but that was on me & no fault to KLM. However, I appreciate how patient they were waiting for me to find parts. Once my car was ready to be picked up, I immediately notice the KLM team had fixed my front bumper that had been hanging on by tape, glue, thread & anything else I could possibly hold it up with. My car was fixed completely & they went over & beyond to fix my bumper. Thank you all again for your great work!

It is unfortunate that it took so long for me to discover KLM; I could have saved myself plenty of money and effort. I went in expecting the worse when my transmission died. Everybody I interacted with in person and over the phone were incredibly helpful and proactive. Louis especially stood out. He worked with me on the timeline to pick up my car. When I went to pay for the repairs, it ended up being lower than my quote, and they didn't even mention that they had saved me some money. I have other work that needs to be done, but they didn't pressure me into letting them do the work right now. I will however, be returning to them with my next paycheck because I cannot believe that anyone else will be able to do a cheaper, better, or more professional job than them. Go somewhere else if you like hastles or you hate money.

Such a pleasant & Awesome experience at KLM I came in for a tune up on my Kia Rio I was told my car would be ready today around 3:30 it was done 1hr earlier. My car had several engine codes but no worries here they were professional knowledgeable and super friendly and eager to get me back on the road. The customer service was refreshing very polite and informative I even got a hug from one of the mechanics they were also very affordable which I appreciate because cars and maintenance can get really pricey. I NEVER leave reviews but my experience was so good that I felt the need to review here on google and Yelp. Thank you gentlemen for your service I will be back for all of my maintenance work including oil changes and I will tell all of my friends to come as well.
