Brought my Nissan Maxima to get a Check over, I was aware of the oil pan gasket leaking, was expecting to spend the money to get it fix, came to find out that it was a simple fix, and was not the pan gasket. KLM AUTO CENTER GUYS took they're time and really put effort to get the vehicle fix and save me money..I had a great feeling about this guys when I walked in the facility, GOOD JOB KLM will defetnely referred all friends and family.

Came in for emissions test. Lighter fuse blown. Charge to replace fuse 50.00. Went down the street to another place. Replaced fuse free of charge. Emissions test complete. KLM is a rip off.

I want to start by saying i was looking for a Company to fix my car that had caught a fire. I went online and KLM came up and I read the previous reviews and I decided to take my car there. Well let me tell you I spoke to a guy name Louis and I tell you he was the ABSOLUTE best. He communicates and he is straight up. It was an insurance claim that was hell from the beginning but Louis kept the faith and never treated me any different. I was a aggravating women but he always took my calls and spoke with me no matter what. Not only was my car fixed properly he went above and beyond by taking the time to be on the phone with me countless minutes of his time with the insurance company who was feeding the both of us BS if you know what I mean. Bottom line is I recommend any and everyone if they have any car issues PLEASE, PLEASE go to my boy Louis and I promise he will take care of you. Tell him Ivy sent you. You will not be disappointed or unhappy. I guarantee that. I absolutely love Louis and KLM service experience that I had and I'm not ever going anywhere else.
