I went to the shop expecting integrity service. I made two request first, that my brakes be inspected because they were very granny. Second that my power stirring be inspected because my steering wheel makes a whining noise., I asked what both repairs would cost. me, they said they needs to look at the car first. Instead of providing me the cost for both repairs they performed a diagnostics that I did not request and gave me a list of other repairs in additional to what I did request, and charged me $73.00 for the diagnostics. They also told to some things were false such as: I needed 4 new tires ( I know for sure only my 2 front tires needed to be replaced. Next, they told me my back brakes were bad again this was false. I will never return to this shop and would not recommend others to visit their shop. They are a dishonest auto shop..
