The service I received from KLM was nothing less than outstanding. Most establishments strive to give their customers excellence and quality service. However, KLM (Luis) operates with integrity (honest, straightforward, and trustworthy), the foundation of obtaining excellence and quality service. This is the place you should go to for ALL your vehicle needs. The customer service is exemplary! I was able to see this in person during my last visit. There was a customer that was not satisfied with the price of the work that had been completed. I'm not sure how because they make sure to give you all prices up front BEFORE they work on your vehicle. So basically she was just trying not to pay the quoted price, which is very sad. But Luis stepped up to the plate and spoke to her and made sure the customer was satisfied. The customer is NOT always right!! All the staff are knowledgeable and explain any issues in great detail and don't deserve to be shortchanged.

I was charged 87 dollars for a estimate and seemed to not want my business. I towed my vehicle out of their property to a shop down Cobb Drive in which they were alot more wanting to do the work.I don't know what happened to KLM because I used them for work before. Now a days they must get their act together.

Thanks, John for your response. We appreciate customers taking the time to share their honest experience at KLM Auto Center, instead of sharing untruthful experiences. We do surveillance our shop and Mr. John drove his own vehicle off our premise instead of waiting on the tow truck company. The tow company arrived several minutes later only to find the vehicle and Mr. John no longer at our facility. We did give Mr. John an estimate of his car repairs and provided our professional advise letting him know his repairs were worth more than the vehicle. He did agree and stated he would park the vehicle and not fix the repairs that were needed. We thrive on providing our customers with the best options for their vehicles and stand behind our work.
